How do I apply my Proactiv Solution?
In my set I got the Renewing Cleanser, Revitalizing Toner, Repairing Lotion, Refining Mask, and Green Tea Moisturizer.
How do I apply these, how much do I apply, and how often do I apply them?
Dampen your face, take a dime sized amount of the cleanser and gently rub it all over your face for about 30 seconds (not the eye area though!). Rinse it off and pat your face dry with a towel (don't rub, it might irritate your skin).
Take a cotton ball, put on a bit of the toner onto it. Put on enough so you can rub it over your entire face, I usually dampen 1/4 to 1/2 of the cotton ball but even that may be overkill. Gently rub it over your entire face (except for the eye area again). Wait for this to dry.
After the toner dries, take the repairing lotion and put an amount about the size of two peas on your fingers. Rub this over your entire face ignoring the eye area again. Wait for this to dry.
After that, take the green tea moisturizer and put about the same amount over your face. You should do this twice a day unless your skin is really sensitive to it, then just use it once a day (at night, your skin recovers best overnight) or get the gentler proactiv option.
What I always did with the refining mask was I put it on the current spots I had before bed, just enough to cover the pimple. It would help dry them up and they would heal much faster.
Natural Colon Cleanser - Benefits and Importance
Usually, our diet is based on saturated fat and refined carbohydrate, which accumulates toxic and fatty substances on the intestinal wall. This results in different gastrointestinal complications including diarrhea, colitis and even bowel cancer, at its worst level.
